Upon contact with our company, one of our multimedia specialists will spend some time on the phone with your lead on the project or the committee involved in the design. We will gather some basic information and try to understand what your Venue is trying to accomplish from a design, functionality and budget prospective. The last thing we want to do is oversell a project or, even worse, not have a full understanding of your needs and leave something essential out! Bidding and Quotes
Once we understand the goals of your project, we will prepare a detailed quote that outlines the entire cost of the project. This will include costs of equipment, installation, instruction, support & any potential unforeseen costs. Along with the quote, we will provide diagrams and layouts detailing the design of the system. A detailed and accurate quote is very important to us. With all of our projects, we spend extra time during this part of the process so that you do not end up coming in over budget in the end.
During the installation phase, our designers and installers will spend time with your architects and construction team to coordinate a timely and proper installation process. Certain components of your multimedia system may need to be installed at an earlier time in the construction phase and other, more delicate components, may require a clean environment prior to installation. All permits and necessary city and county codes will be abided by.
Educative & On-Going Support
What good is a state-of-the-art lighting, sound and video system if you can’t use it? This is one of the most important parts of the process, but probably the least executed. Most companies are concerned with getting the job done and moving on to the next one. That doesn’t describe us! Music Alley is here for the long run to provide you with education once your system is installed and on-going support throughout the life of your multimedia system. The operators this year may not be the operators next year. It not unlikely that we may be on the phone or showing up on Christmas Eve to help one of your technicians solve a problem.
